Booking
Finnishness Tours provides day tour packages and guide services. Bookings can be made
1) online at www.finnishnesstours.com
2) by sending an offer request to bookings@finnishnesstours.fi
3) through other third party reseller’s websites or applications.
When booking, a customer must provide accurate contact information. The purpose of collecting customer data is to communicate possible changes/cancellations, process booking requests and feedback requests.
In the event of discrepancy, such as booking mistakes where the wrong date and/or incorrect number of participants was booked, contact Finnishness Tours immediately. Finnishness Tours is not responsible for mistakes in the booking process.
Payment
In order to confirm a booking, all payments have to be paid in full before departure.
Day tours can be paid with a credit card directly on the Finnishness Tours website. A payment link may be provided for confirmed booking requests. On third party resellers, please follow the provided payment options for each site/app. We will not receive and therefore not store your credit card information.
In case of a failed payment, the booking will be terminated automatically. In case of double bookings and double charge, please contact us immediately at booking@finnishnesstours.fi.
We are a cashless company and accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
Invoicing
When booking guide services from Finnishness Tours, an invoice will be sent after the event has taken place. The invoice should be paid in full latest 14 days after invoicing date, unless other terms and conditions are stated on the invoice. Interest on late payment is charged after the invoice due date.
Pricing
All prices include VAT. The prices displayed are per adult or vehicle depending on the type of tour. Finnishness Tours is not responsible for currency fluctuations and or additional fees that may be applied such as bank transfer fees, credit card fees, or other.
Liability
Force Majeure: Finnishness Tours disclaims responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, sickness or changes in schedules resulting from causes beyond the control of Finnishness Tours. Such causes include, but are not limited to, acts of nature, labour disputes or any other irregularity beyond Finnishness Tours control.
Finnishness Tours reserves the right to change or alter tour itineraries due to weather or road conditions. Itineraries can be changed or canceled at any moment to assure the safety of passengers and staff. In the case where Finnishness Tours cancels a tour, we will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements without additional cost. A tour cancellation made by Finnishness Tours is entitled to a full refund.
Finnishness Tours reserves all rights to cancel tours if a minimum of 3 passengers has not been reached for a tour 24 hours prior to the departure time. The minimum number of passengers does not apply to private tours.
