Finnishness Tours is a new company, which means we have the best opportunity to work sustainably from the beginning.
Green Thninking
We aim to use renewable products instead of single use plastics. We use new and fuel efficient cars in order to minimise the carbon emissions.
Carrying capacity
We only choose to visit areas that can currently handle tourists and have the possibility to grow. We travel in small and manageable groups in order to not put strain on the environment.
Included services
We choose to include services into your tour. With this, we can guarantee that the areas we visit will also benefit from your stay. We aim to build stronger communities and create opportunities.
About the owner
I have studied and worked in the tourism field since 2011. My passion has always been sustainable travel and creating genuine experiences to foreign tourists. I’ve guided groups underneath the northern lights in the Finnish Lapland and Iceland. But now I’ve decided to move closer to home in Uusimaa and create new unique tours and products for tourists visiting Helsinki.
