Cancellations have to be sent to booking@finnishnesstours.fi and confirmed by Finnishness tours in order to be valid.

Day Tours
- More than 24 hours before departure – 100% refund
- Less than 24 hours before departure – no refund
Private Tours
- 48 hours before departure – 100% refund
- Less than 48 hour but more than 24 hours before departure – 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before departure – no refund
